Exchange & Return Policy

At Orange Fashion, our customers are our first priority. Please see our easy exchange policy below. Alternatively, our customer care team can assist you at each step if you wish to exchange your purchased item(s).

Any article purchased online, except for toys and accessories, can be exchanged from our stores as well as online within 7 days, once the article has been delivered, provided the customer has proof of purchase. Please note that articles purchased on discount or sale are not eligible for exchange.

This includes either a receipt or the online order confirmation email.

Articles are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition, and the original invoice is present. You will be required to provide proof if you received an article that is defective, in the wrong size, or incorrect. In case of HOME article exchanges, it should be in Orange Fashion’s original HOME packaging. Articles delivered in boxes (like Unstitched luxury products) must be returned with their original packaging.

Provide all required information, and if conditions are met, you can send perchased item through courior after receiving, we will send the item you have select. It usually takes 3-7 days to complete the online exchange process after verification. In-store exchanges require the original invoice and all tags intact.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused with all tags intact. Provide proof of order, such as invoice or confirmation email. Returns are accepted only if incorrect or damaged items were delivered.
