Welcome to Orange Fashion (orangefashion.pk). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products. By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on orangefashion.pk (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations in Pakistan. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website.

Your continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into contracts under Pakistani law to use the Website and place orders.
Account Registration
You may create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed. Orange Fashion reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Products and Pricing
All products displayed on the Website are subject to availability. Orange Fashion reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. Product images, descriptions, and colors are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly due to manufacturing, lighting, or screen display differences. We strive for accuracy but are not responsible for typographical or photographic errors.
Orders and Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only when Orange Fashion confirms shipment via email or SMS. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. For COD orders, payment is due upon delivery. Refusal to pay may result in order cancellation and future COD restrictions. Orange Fashion reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship nationwide across Pakistan via trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Orange Fashion is not liable for delays beyond our control. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable except in cases of our error. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect packages upon receipt and report any issues immediately.
Returns and Exchanges
Yes, we offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, subject to verification. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
